Habitat ReStore

New ReStore Location

Throughout both Canada and the U.S., Habitat for Humanity affiliates have begun opening ReStores to support the work that Habitat does in the community. ReStore is a trademarked name by Habitat International. Habitat collects donations of household goods, furniture and decor items and re-sells them at a very reduced price. The items are gently used or in many cases can be brand new donated from overstocked stores or businesses closing their doors. The net profits the ReStore makes from these sales goes to fund out important projects.
The ReStore has very little overhead. Thanks to the generosity of a donor, Habitat has ownership of the new store and all of our sales and merchandising staff are volunteers.
ReStore recently had a van donated by Air Care, so our manager Collin Cluett is able to facilitate some pick ups or deliveries for a minimal cost of $50 per trip.
At the ReStore we welcome donations of slightly used furniture, beds, cabinets, objects of art.
Our new location is also featuring local artisans who will be displaying their wares in dedicated spaces with part of the proceeds from their sales going to Habitat.
