Building strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter
Vegas in the Vaults
Agar's Island
May 20, 2023
Habitat for Humanity held a fundraising event in support of the St. James Rectory Project at one of the most unique venues in Bermuda, the vaults on the privately owned Agar's Island. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to Lilian Martin for allowing us to use this incredible space.

The evening started with a cocktail reception with cocktails provided by Grey Goose Essence Vodka along with delicious hand passed canapes and wine and champagne. Our guests were wowed by the live music provided by Jesse and John Seymour.

From there our guests made their way into the spectacular vaults where they enjoyed a different experience in 8 vaults including: Mediterranean food and wine; French food and wine; Asian food and Sake; Spanish food and wine; Silent Auction; Bar and the very popular Casino.

We want to thank Island Restaurant Group (IRG) for the great food and service they provided along with our amazing volunteers who helped make this evening possible. We had a long list of donors who provided amazing prizes to support our live auction, silent auction and raffle. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and guests, we raised $75,000 in prizes alone!
Sheelagh Cooper and everyone at Habitat for Humanity want to thank everyone who attended and supported this great cause. Without this community, Habitat could not do the important work that they do, we are grateful.

The event would not be possible without the support of our donors which include:
